step 1: Customer orders a QR code has to be generated. step 2: vendor prepares the item step 3: vendor portal has our shipment tracking system back end page, in that buttons that represents the preparing of items should be there, so that on each stages, the message gets added to the tracking front end. the buttons like, “Order processed”, “Departed From Origin”, “Handling”. this three buttons for the vendor. step 4: Admin arranges the courier to pick up the item. the courier is our own team, they go to pick up the item. in the back end app, courier guy click on “Collected” button so a scanning facility opens, Then courier scans the QR code with scanning function in our shipping tracking system. When it is scanned, the message at the front end of shipment tracking system changes to “Out for delivery” Step 5: The courier click on “Delivered” button and scans the QR code to register the item has been delivered. same message gets updated on front panel.
