Android app for social communication related twitter/facebook

We are looking for an experienced development team to build a android application. And it related on twitter/facebook certification, and their direct mail function. This project will need to be completed in 30 days including final testing. Android application detail Function 1 - The user can start this application after twitter or facebook certification. - The user can make their direct mail based on the premade format, and can select twitter/facebook friends to send it. - This application sends this message to selected friends. Function 2 - Selected friends can approve this on the sever from the link of direct message on twitter/facebook. - The server shows simple screen “This is approved” to this approver. Function 3 - Recognizing the approval by counter party, and then send DM to the user and selected friends and - If the user chose “Open to the pubric”, this DM is posted to twitter/facebook acount of this service. - Remaining time countdown is shown on the window. Server database - The server application is made by you. - Now, you can use Bluehost hosting service,but, if needed, I can rent other hosting service you proposed. But Japanege language should be prepared on the rental server service. - The server saves user information that was sent by function 1, and it is removed when 3days are passed.. Other - I’m Japanese, and web site will be launched at JPN. - First screen of app to be a short movie like Vine.(this movie will be sent by me.) - To provide all source codes. - To make NDA. - I can communicate only on 7-8 am and 20-22 pm(Japan Standard Time) - In the development phase, easy video or photo or presentation materials aid better better understanding for us. - After making NDA, I send presentation to you.
