Mobile App (Android + iOS) Dual Language Arabic and English Extending a Website database

I have this project to deliver as fast as possible. This real estate company they have already a website where they display the properties from a mysql database. We need to develope the android and ios apps for them .. The apps will should be hosted in another server where we will also have static ip to connect to the database of this website. The database has data in english and Arabic. When the user browse in english interface only the english data will be fetched and the opposite is right. visit [login to view URL] .... Only properties section needed. So the app will have 4 main functionality: 1) Searh Property: where the users can search properties that are in database same which are in website. 2)Locate Property: google map where you have a 2 textbox to input coordinators then click go and you will see the land or whatever property. 3)List property: it's a form where the user will fill and the company will get an email. Where the user ask the company to list their property. so only email. 4) Request property: form where user can request a specific property type and location and all details. the company will only receive email. That's all..... Note. The designs are ready in psd. and any changes required will be on us. Warning. Any copy paste proposals will be rejected. YOU HAVE A BIG CHANCE FOR NEXT PROJECTS. Thanks.
