I need an iPhone app. I would like it designed and built. I'm searching for someone who can do high-quality work on app design and development. The format for this app should be rather similar to Tinder, as it is a match-up app with a slight twist. I am an undergraduate student in college at the moment, so I don't have much money to spend on a developer. However, I am willing to work out a commissions deal on top of up-front payment.
