hello, i'm the manager of a company that deals, among other things , with marketing strategies. Here 's what i need: i need a multiplatform mobile app financed by local shops of my town, here's how it should work: every day a client of any shop affiliated to the app wins a gift card or a discount card or a product offered by a shop. let me clarified with an example: every day hundreds of people buy things in several shops of my town, let's assume those clients will download this new app, every day one of them (or a few of them) will be randomly selected and he will win a gift card / or discount card / or a small product or service offered by one shop (among the one affiliated to the app). So shops will gladly register to this "community" because being affiliated will increase their chanse to sell products/services, clients will install this app in order to participate to the daily drawing of the winner of the price. The problem is : how to make the draw and select the winner client? for example the client could keep the receipt and check if the receipt was extracted (randomly selected) so we would draw randomply a shop and a receipt number every day the winner would make a photo of the receipt wait for a manual confirmation from the app manager (me) and receive for example the gift card to spend in a shop...that's the key point the most difficult one, i need advice from you. I also need advice on how to manage the app (app marketplace, admin area , server hosting etc..)

I would develop an algorithm that randomly assigns a number to every user and then at a certain time there would be a generator that produces a random number and everybody could follow this process live on their App. Besides that I would use Firebase as Backend to host all the Data. besides that #2: great idea my friend regards Martin
