I'm looking for a person who can reskin the app, source code are provided by me, your work is only to reskin the app and execute the code, make sure their is no bug or error remains in the app, and uploads on play store & apple store, right now I'm just looking for a person who can deliver this work at a best price & time. If I like your bid then I will tell you that are we going for Android or iOS or for both, I just select random budget right now, make sure when you bid you can tell me that if you can arrange the design or I have to give the design to you, I can also provide design to you but you have to clear first that what's your requirement in the design and according to that I will talk to my designer friends.
