I would have to chat with you to determine how much I would actually charge. Content changes is an easy task, but it all depends on how decoupled the content is from the logic.

As shown in my portfolio I have released a number of apps all of which have at some point needed content changes during the development life cycle. As of this bid I am also going to add my github link for the next project we are releasing mainly WebGL but also Android.
