Data extraction - Scraping into Excel and MySQL

We need a Java script that can scrape hotel rates from different websites ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]): Requirements: 1) It must store results of each execution in a MySQL database. 2) It must generate an Excel sheet like the one attached as an example. 3) It can be called periodically (once a day, for instance). 4) When calling the script to run, we must be able to provide parameters like: - Name of the hotel (or internal id that each of the websites assigns to that particular hotel) - Day of arrival - Day of departure - Number of persons (or number of rooms and guests) It's quite urgent.
