Se requiere de una aplicacion web para control de promociones y clientes. debe tener altas y cambios de clientes(se captura un numero de tarjeta). debe tener altas, bajas y cambios de promociones, las promociones son de dos tipos:rago de fechas y por numero de visitas. se tiene que tener un panel donde operar los saldos de los clientes, ya sea por abono o descuento. Se debe tener un adimistrador de usuarios, el alta de usuario debe ser bàsico con un rol. y los usuarios podràn recueprar contraseñas. puede ser desarrollada en python(django)/java/php(laravel)
