Looking for a programmer that can develop a web app or a desktop app, that can record the list of gauges used by manufacturing, record what was the last date of calibration, identify the due date for calibration based on rules set and then send out email alerts based on the due date. Also be able to generate simple reports and a dashboard showing the number of guages under calibration and number out of calibration. Have a form for adding new gauges and have options to have different type of gauges. Also have some form of user contorl with admins being able to see all the gauges and data while normal users can be restricted to see only relevant gauges to them. Needs to also have multiple types of gauges and ability to define the type of gauge and number of parameters to be inspected for each. End users will be computer literate but not programmers. Needs a simple user friendly interface and should be OS independent.
