Build a complaint management system application that should be fairly sophisticated and should contain parameter-driven transactions that involve drill-down and roll-up and other OLAP style operations for data analysis(at least 5 OLAP queries). The database should be mysql and should be done using java. Also a web user interface is required to perform database related operations.
