22236 FaceParty login check mail

Hello, I would like a class written in C# .NET that I can import into my C# desktop application. It should do a simple httpwebrequest POST to [login to view URL] and authenticate with a username and password, this will be provided to the method and should be the only needed input paramaters. It will then return true or false as to whether there is any new messages waiting for the member.
