Dedicated Form Builder @ BizForms - On-going Project

We are a mobile form provider with a form building service. We will provide you with usually a PDF template to digitise into a BizForm using our in-software dynamic form builder. We will layout examples and guidelines for the final layout of the form. This will be ongoing work and we are looking for one permanent candidate. Successful applicants will be provided with a biz forms login, a sample template to create and will be drawn from the successful pool. Each form takes approximately 10 min - 1 hour and we will be paying the successful applicant on a per form basis of $5.00 / form. So bidding is done on a 2 form project Bases
