We have an application developed in .net. It has 2 parts. One is a desktop application done in VB.Net and the other is done in ASP.Net (C#). Both the parts need to be installed on the same system. We have used ASP.Net 2 and Visual Studio 2005. We need some to create a setup with Wize or Installshield which should be able to install .net framework, all dependencies and also the C# web application on the same system with the required virtual directories. Please quote if you have experience. Please again note, you will need asp.net 2 and VS 2005 support/experience.
