Hi, my name is Matt and have a smart proposal for your project.
Instead of creating the application using conventional programming language on Mac (I have MacBook Pro) like Objective C and Swift, I propose simple Automator script. It can be exported to Mac application or even better, to a service (to be available as a Finder menu option).
The workflow is as follows:
1) Get application (window) name.
2) Select AppStore or Google Play option for exported images.
3) In a loop resize a window of (1) to chosen predefined resolutions and save application window image at every step to a separate file (with naming convention).
That's all there is to it. It provides an elegant solution that is easily editable (text in Automator script then exporting this to application or service), configurable (changing desired resolutions in text lines) and extendable (like further resizing, archiving into ZIP etc).
My bid is only for your requirements. Delivery would be an Automator script (source file), exported version (a service) and short video instruction, how to set it up in your system.
I'm certain it's doable (have experience with Automator, parts of implementation are available as Automator default scripts) and that a script/app will take screenshots from your phone simulators e.g. XCode and Android Studio.
Looking forward to discuss - especially if you are using other development environment etc. I can do the script fast (in a day) if all requirements are known.
Best Regards,
Matt
