I am an Embedded engineer (ARM, PIC, AVR, Arduino, SOC BLE (bluetooth) chips, ZigBee, WiFi, GPS, LED, LCD display etc.) and PCB designer (Altium, KiCad, EasyEDA, Eagle, Orcad), 3D Modeling. I can do this project as per your requirement. I have completed projects on NRF52832 BLE SOC.
