72787 Freelance script modification

I have a freelance script that needs one modification. Basically, right now, when a webmaster selects a programmer to work for him it only allows him to pick one programmer from the list of programmers that bid on his project (selected with a radio button). I need this changed so that more than one programmer can be picked (radio button changed to checkbox). When the programmer is chosen I believe that the information is written to a file.....the change should also write all the chosen programmers to that file.
