Need Perl Program for fixing defects in small program

I am attaching the details of work done by my previous programmer....most of the tasks have already been completed but this need program fixing in order to match the desired output....program is in perl....Perl expert should take 4-5 hours to fix the issue..My budget for this is $30 and need delivery asap... I have a good way to calculate it, use it if you don't already used it, for example: chr2L 41376 41412 36 585 chr2L 41344 41476 lod=139 519 132 phastcons 96 36 to process it: compare: 41376 & 41344 which one is bigger, here ---> 41376 compare: 41412 & 41476 which one is smaller, here ---> 41412 then, calculate the difference: 41412 - 41376 = 36 another example: chr2L 92 591 chr2L lod=120 499 50 tanay 42 40 compare: & which one is bigger, here ---> compare: & which one is smaller, here ---> then, calculate the difference: - = 40 regards,
