Cross-platform in-app browser (Android and iOS) expert

We have an existing app that is an html-wrapper (built using Cordova) of an existing website that needs updating so it can be compatible with current operating systems and devices. We are looking for an experienced developer who: has proven experience building cross-platform apps for both Android and iOS is proficient in developing & deploying (Google Play / App Store) mobile apps with iOS and Android - both for internal (for organisation use) and external (public facing) apps has in-depth understanding and up to date experience of how apps and certificates are managed, published and certified via the Apple Developer Program has as solid understanding and appreciation of mobile user experience / design is experienced with git
