Need A Developer for Apps for ipad 2 and Samsung Galaxy 10.1

Development of Apps for ipad 2 and Samsung Galaxy 10.1 We are looking for a development team that can do small, low cost apps to work on ipad 1 and 2 also the new Samsung Galaxy 10.1 and Samsung Galaxy 7– We would provide the ideas and the team would develop the apps – We would need two levels – 1st level would be a free working app to try and see if they like it then they can upgrade for $2-$5 for a deluxe version with more bells and whistles. We need develops who are skilled in writing apps and the approval process to supply Apple and Samsung for review the apps so that we can market them Please provide previous apps develop so we can review the quality of work done
