Needing CMS Template Designed using Smarty & AJAX

We're looking for a designer/developer who has experience working with creating design for Content Management Systems (CMS). Some wil use SMARTY template engine and others using PHP/HTML designs. Some will use mostly CSS coding as well. Some of these designs are simple with just a page or 2 designed and then incorporated throughout with the templating system. Others might require some more pages designed. But in all, we want a consistent look with header, navigation, body, columns, footer. We have several projects to work on so we are looking for a long term relationship thats mutually beneficial. We're look for great examples of work (actual URLs) and the right price. Smarty, Ajax, CSS, HTML, Solid Graphic Design experience is a plus and preferred • Must be able to show portfolio of existing programming/sites and provide URLs of created sites. • Must be available immediately. • Required to sign contracts: NDA and Non-circumvent • Vendor can not use our company name or client/projects name in any fashion that would result in displaying in search engine results when searching our company name, client/project name, or URL's for portfolios. You CAN use projects and name in images (do NOT use Names for filenames), in flash, PDF, or other non search forms that result in search engine listings. • Vendor will require to update client periodically on project and not just present at deadline (applies to projects lasting a week or more). • Vendor will not use deadline stated by our company name/project for presenting first unreviewed instance of project unless deadline is clearly stated for that. Deadline will be for completion of entire project, including have our company/client review work, and having updates made to complete.
