ASP Textfile import and basic ASP pages

Must use ASP or ASP.NET Take this textfile, import it into a new database (SQL SERVER or MSDE). -Add 2 fields to database (username and password). -Autogenerate username and password, use any combo you wish. Include simple script to create the database table. Create a search form to search all fields of the database. Return results (all fields) in simple format, nothing fancy. Create simple login page and “[login to view URL]? page, that’s only accessible by users. Include logout function. Include simple page (requires login) for member to update their record. Include a page that allows users to find out there new usernames. They should enter a minimum of 2 fields, then they can see their login credentials. For example, Charlie (800) 123-2345 (first name and phone number) are unique to a record and thus should show charlie’s username/password. This is simple, quick and dirty. I already have another site with headers/graphics, etc. All I need you to do is quickly automate some tasks for me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
