Basic Gaming Ladder

We need the basics of a gaming ladder, either made in PHP/MySQL or ASP/Access (note that database types doesn't matter). The list below shows some of the stuff we need: * Signup System (Teams and Players) * Join/Leave a spec. ladder * Join/Leave Rooster * Report loss (loosing team) * Ranking System (Teams and Players) * Monthly Tournaments & Admin Added ones * Stats on each game ladder (top10, best streak, most won games etc) * Challenge System (The ability to challenge a team/player) * And the ability to add Admins/Arbits and give them tools like: Remove User, Ban User, Change Ranking. * And Head admin should be able to add new games. * These are the basic stuff, we need for the site. Ofcourse we'll give a detailed list to the one that gets the job. (any extra will be easy stuff) I know we can't offer alot of money, but we're thinking to hir whomever gets this project to get all our programming jobs in the future when we have more money. (that'll happend after this one), ofcourse, if he/she is interested. The time frame for this project isn't set yet, so please tell us how long it will take to complete.
