Developers Wanted

Hello All, We are currently on the look-out for an ASP/PHP/JavaScrip/VBScript/MYSQL Developer to develop on a continual periods on various projects with other developers. We are NOT looking for an agency or development companies, but instead a hard working, dedicated Individual to join our staff. This could be on a 40 plus hours a week with a good long-term position. Extensive ASP programming skill is a must, ability to write objects with ASP/ PHP/Jscript /JavaScript and VBScripts using Dreamweaver with Clean & Clear coding; including comments and documentations written Good English. Code should be compatible with MSAccess, MSSQL, and MYSQL and deliver well optimized queries on Windows Server. Typical project would involve my design team providing you with basic templates or fully built HTML pages. Projects don’t require any graphical design, but you would be required to put the website together, integrating pages with database, add enhancements and other modular, and adapt the site together and need to be "bench tested" to be sure their are no errors anywhere and stable. All Developers are required to sign a "confidentiality agreement" and estimate a time frame for each project they accept, and must make themselves available on msn for communication with our project manager. Each project will be created based on either outline specification or a chat over MSN by our project manager. All projects are paid though PayPal, and upon full completion, or on a Bi-Weekly basis upon the complete and satisfaction delivery of the code to our servers!!! No negotiations!!!
