Extract headlines from other sites

Let me know if this can be done........Extract headline stories from other sites and display in a table which I can import into my site. The headlines should link to the story and open in a new window (the acutla site and the page where the headline was grabbed from). I should be able to modify the list of sites that the headlines are grabbed from (5 max).
