FULL Webmail(repost)

I need a FULL Webmail in .NET to send and receive emails (therefore include both POP3 and SMTP functions with the webmail). Must be in VB.NET and has the extra ability outside of POP3's range to check hotmail, yahoo and aol (I have vb6 codes for hotmail if needed). Emails must be stored in Access database (easily upgradable to SQL Server 2000 would be a great bonus) ***AND*** have the option to save them to files (either txt or eml or whatever, either remotely and/or locally). Attachments must be made available as well and the ability to decode all mails in text/html as much as possible (to keep it simple and stable). Registration form required to register each user to the database and Users' email configuration(s) (may contain more than one email account configuration) as well. Specifications in details are available in text format attached with this description. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as ***complete source code*** of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) No DLL as much as possible! if webmail requires DLLs, then source codes of those DLLs must be provided equally. 5) Full documentations on functions and operations of webmail's features and capabilities as well as personal commentaries from coder is greatly welcomed. ## Platform Windows with IIS 5+, cross-browser (at least IE & Netscape) 3+.
