New Brokerage System

I am reposting this since the prior bid request is old and confusing, and I wasn't getting the responses I wanted. There seemed to be a lot of confusion on what I need so I simplified the project. It is still 3 tier, vb.net. The actual fix gateway part isn't included (I have that take care of, and that was the hardest part). So at this point I need a system that I can add and remove customers from, track their orders and keep track of the replies... the document is still a work in progress but pretty detailed. It should give you a good idea of what I need. SQL DB & VB.NET coder that pays attention to detail is a must. Needs to have lots of error checking as this system can't afford to lose data. All MSMQ and transaction based. If you have a stock trading background it's a big plus! Programer must sign an NDA agreement. Please read the docs before bidding 90% of the info you need is in there. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Commented source code, as well as documentation (following the docs I started is fine). 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 2000 SP3 IIS 5.0 ASP.NET VB.NET
