Photo site for photo editors/users

This site is a site for photo editing services where we (admins) make changes to users uploaded images and then sell them the repaired version online via paypal. Once users are in the site, they should be able to upload image files (jpg, png, tiff, pdf and zip files) and should create a thumbnail image. Uploading will allow for one or several files that could be very large, and will have a progress meter. Users will add a title and add a description. Admins of the site can log in and view that some pictures have been uploaded and when they open that users page, admin should see a modified version of the users page where we can view their images and descriptions, as well as the ability to upload our own images and descriptions that are part of the same set as one of the users images At that point we would do one of two things: 1) We would pull down the users image, make the changes they requested in the description and upload the final image, as well as a price and a description. OR 2) We would add a price and a description telling the user how much it would be to fix that image. If #1 has occurred, when we upload the picture an e-mail should automatically go to the user informing them their image has been uploaded. They can view their original as well as thumbnail of the final image. Should they choose to purchase it they will able to pay via paypal, which should automatically unlock the final image for download via an IPN (instant payment notifice) from paypal. The user should be able to check a checkbox next multiple images so they can purchase more that one at the same time. If #2, the user will receive an e-mail informing them there has been a change to one of their pictures. They can log in and choose to pay the bid, which will inform the artist they can continue with the work, uploading the finished image when they are done. Extra features: Bulk upload of pictures via drag and drop The ability to submit finished images to an online printing service. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) All code should be commented to allow future editing ## Platform Could be either PHP/MySql or ASP.NET and MsSql I can provide the html/css if it will make the part easier, or I can provide photoshop files
