Simple copy of a function in Macy's website

If you go to: [login to view URL] You will notice an image there: bed & bath, that image is drawn on the fly. Right click properties it to see the URL string. I want the same fucntion on my server. Let me know what language you will be using to acheive this, also the template. From what I know it's using XML, but I would like it to work with my windows backend supporting .asp.
