Independent developer wanted. The site is not client facing so there is no heavy design requirement for fancy cosmetics. The function of the site is to monitor and display affiliate transactions. These transactions will be inserted via API calls. The high level design has identified 8 tables and 16 forms to list and maintain the lookup data. There will be 10 API calls to implement. The database can be Postgres, MySql or SqLite. The solution can be developed in PHP or ASP.NET. More detailed technical requirements are available and will be provided to short listed bidders.
