Weather Forecast in ASP

I need help trying to place the weather forecast on my companies intranet. I want to extract the weather information from any foreign source (two helpful links are below), and place it on my companies intranet. It will need it to fit in a table that is around 250 in width, and 600 in height. I will send the current asp page, you will need to insert the code and send it back to me. Must be able to strip all the other information. At the bottom of the forecast place a link to the source. The project must be done in asp. The link to pull the information is below, by changing the zip code I can pull the weather from different locations. You can use any source you want, I'm just recommending the below URL's.
