DSP wav audio filter

Hi, I need ActiveX that will be able to filter a wav file from some other wav file. let me explain myself a little better: Take a wav file then mix it with some other wav file. (now you got one wav file with two sounds mixed in it). Then use the ActiveX to filter out the wav you mix in. The result will be a wav clean wav files (This DSP function is very common just need it to work in REAL TIME and the sound must be clean good clear sound and not taking lot's of CPU). Sample rate is:16Khz 8bit wav,8Khz 8bit wav,ADPCM. Sample size from 10ms - 25ms. Filter function should look like this: FilterWav( in buffer, ref_buffer, out buffer, buffer size) Return True/False. You must not use any external DLL,ActiveX,or any other external code or tool, ALL project must be your code only.
