designing css xhtml website with admin control

[login to view URL] Template & design is ready need to just edit and replicate all pages by adding content content should be displayed with suitable stock photo images ( service provider will provide) I donot know how many pages will be there so per page Rs.100 (one hundred) will be given editing should be neat and clean there should not be any differnce if viewed in different browsers and resolutions add a full feature admin control to edit all pages one php/mysql application is required to enter student result data admin controlled and student can view there result by entering there rollno service provider should bid for admin control panel& php/mysql application as the designing per page charge is fixed service provider should be from india service provider should give one month free bug removing service if found any after completion of project
