impresspages templates and customisation - repost

I have a project I am undertaking with the multisite impresspages. It's to create an education focussed website builder...and I need someone/more than one to work on various things. 1) Create a range of education focussed templates for the the creation of school (nursery/elementary/secondary/etc). I will suggest example sites and features, and categories though I am also open to suggestions. I'm also interested in various commercial models, so please indicate costs and preferences for the following: a) One-off payment b) Payment over time, based on template sale royalties c) reduced initial payment/ongoing royalties based on sales 2) CMS customisation. This involves the following tasks: a) integration of a domain API to purchase domain names and scripting the DNS settings to my server b) Integration of advanced payment/service options c) Integration of WHCMS/Hostbill/Clientexec...depending on what works best to provide these services. I need someone with experience with one of these tools. Budget is flexible, but that doesn't mean I'm a mug or have a bottomless pot of cash. Identify the work you can do and what you will charge for fixed deliverables. If you say you can do 10 templates, don't think I'll accept 10 of the same thing with colour variations...
