I installed extension magazento mega menu . But the css of this extension is not ok for me

Now I want to redsign it's layout.
1. Allign Home link to left.
2. Make our menu like the menu on [login to view URL] with the correct allignement of collums and underlines of root categorie and linkes in a nice color.
3. Add the orginal background images of the menu like : [login to view URL]
4. I made a new categorie : woonkamer meubelen. with it's sub categories. and this one is an example of new categorie division.
5. make it work on all other browsers. and look nice.
