Working RPG Plugin for Proboards

I am looking for a programmer familiar with Javascript, PHP, and CSS to build a working RPG plugin for my Proboards forum. Initially I looked into existing plugins such as [login to view URL], yet as it is incomplete and appears to be abandoned by the creator, I do need some assistance. I am not looking for the most impressive system ever devised. I have a decent sized list of criteria, which I do not feel to be extremely difficult to realize: -Create RPG stats for each user on the forum, listing a Health and Mana bar in the mini-profile, as well as Level, Total Experience Gained at that Level, and Stat Totals for various Stat. -Have users gain Experience Points per post at a value to be set in the Admin Panel. -Users will Level Up when they have reached the Experience Point allotments set for each level in the Admin Panel. -Users begin with a small amount of Stat Points to be distributed in a pop-up window on the site and will gain a number of additional stat points for each level gained. The amount of Stat Points to be gained can be set in the Admin Panel. -Allow Users to reduce their total Health and Mana while posting a reply to simulate damage and resource spending while role playing. -Allow Users to learn a set amount of Abilities, each of which to host a graphic set in the Admin Panel. Abilities may be added to posts and will measure the User's stats against another User's stats within the thread to calculate damage. The ability should not automatically remove health or mana from the user or the target. -Allow users to spend stat points to increase their abilities up to three ranks, with values in damage and cost set in the Admin Panel. If you have any average experience with playing an RPG, none of these concept should be terribly foreign. Hopefully I am not asking for the moon here.
