68629 Stormpay Integration Fix

Hello, I'm in need of a programmer who can fix the issue with Stormpay not properly integrating with my [login to view URL] site. When a person pays, the credits, etc, are not properly distributed to their account. The Stormpay was already previously integrated by a great programmer, but the Stormpay site doesn't properly load up for him/is extremely slow and crashes, thus he isn't able to test out the IPN using his own account. Thus the Stormpay IPN integration is already completely done, you just need to figure out what is the tiny little error that is keeping the Stormpay IPN from working. Currently I'm having to enter PhpMyAdmin and manually activate accounts/insert credits, etc. This isn't good and the person who refers a member to purchase currently isn't getting credit. The site should be automatic so I can concentrate on customer support and advertising. This job will most likely turn out to be simple, and the IPN error should most likely turn out to be something small. I simply need you to take a look at what's happening and see why MYSQL data isn't being added and a customer's referrer not being credited when a customer makes a purchase. Remember that you don't have to integrate the processor, all you have to do is make some small changes so it works as it was intended to work. For this project you should have sufficient knowledge of php/mysql table data entry to make the fix. Also, you should have a Stormpay account to be able to make the small 10 cent purchase for the test deal I've setup so you can test if IPN works for payments sent to my account.
