PHP/SQL Login, User Details & Paypal Gateway

The project is for a website that is designed for members to 'surprise' other members with gifts etc. The database needs to contain for example: dress sizes, members preferences, sought after items etc. The database requires 2 types of login entry (Member & 'Other Members') that are then able to see each others details after authorisation) The site will only be able to be viewed by paying members, who will pay via a automated Paypal Gateway (also required) I have designed the complete front end of the website, but need these backend requirements met.
