Drupal Time Problem

I have a Drupal 7 installation with extensions like Collection fields, token etc. I have created a custom node type, and used date field with custom format H:i I have search drupal forum, posted problem etc. but nobody can "reproduce" the problem I have that is following Would not create and save node with time format 00:00 You must been working alot with drupal, maybe this could be caused by a module, or maybe there is something from with the field type when it was created. There would be more than one that gets this project that this is urgent to fix this problem. You would be provided with the complete site, and database backup for local installation. The solution must be provided back in writing since this is a live page, things changes every day.
