Autoposting Blogs from RSS Feeds

I am interested in a script which could do me the following jobs. 1 - It should get the data from rss feeds available free on the internet , i should be able to add rss feeds by myself and then it should start monitoring those rss feeds. 2 - It should sort out the feeds according to different? categories. 3 ? - I should be able to post the content of the feeds on my blogs. I should be able to add as much blogs as i need and it should post the blogs with the content i need based on the? categories. Feel free to ask for more? explanations.
