Classifieds Ad Program

I am looking for a classifieds ad program that has a simple interface for the user as my market will not be entirely internet savvy. I would also like a clean look to the ad pages.. I like the simplicity of [this][1] I would like it to show images though of what the person is advertising. I would also like it to have a side column that would display featured ads. I would like to see it integrated with paypal, I do not want to have to approve every payment, I want that to be automatic, if it doens't work with paypal, then another credit handler. I also want the ability to upload categories through a csv file. Also would like it to have the ability to resize images auto create thumbnails, etc. -free to post & only email address required if text only If Not Text - ie. adding photo's ect. -users are stepped through a process to register as members -They then purchase a package -Packages could be defined in admin area but would be very flexible. could subscibe on a monthly basis Example.... Package One - one month = $5, three months = $13, year = $26 -Ads get 1 picture per ad -you get 5 ads bold -unlimited ads Package Two - one month = $10, three months = $20, year = $100 -Ads get 3 pictures per ad -you get 15 bold ads at a time -2 featured at a time -unlimited ads >I hope that makes sense. I am wanting to give different packages that they can then choose to purchase for a set length of time, each package is better and more expensive than the previous. -MOSTLY I AM LOOKING FOR A BASIC FUNCTIONAL CLASSIFIEDS PROGRAM. THERE ARE MORE SPECS I THINK SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN ZIP FILE ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform this will be an internet program, I was thinking php, using mysql and css... SHOULD WORK IN ALL VERSIONS INTERNET EXPLORER, NETSCAPE AND FIREFOX!
