Create software to take body measurements from webcam

We need you to write software that will work out a persons body measurements from a webcam shot and the users height measurements The user records their height and then takes a full body picture of themselves via phone and or webcam. We need you to develop software that can work out the users full body measurements from the picture and height. Measurements to include but not limited to: Height Neck Full chest Front chest Back Shoulders Half shoulder (left) Half shoulder (right) Full length back Half back length Biceps Left sleeve Right sleeve Wrist Shirt length Hips Middle Waist Crotch Front jacket Waistcoat Inseam Outseam Thigh Knee Ankle (suit) Ankle Full sleeve Weight Arms eye Waist to hem Head
