Credit Card Web Site Design

I have a domain www.ccapplications.com. However, I do not have hosting yet. I want an index page designed. This site will be like [login to view URL] or smartcredit.com. I will need a place to have different categories like cash back awards, frequent flyers, visa ect. The site will be set up so that on the main page certain card will be displayed. There will also be a list of categories on the left. When you click on a category all the cards from that category will appear. For now we just need the main page designed. The background where the links for offers will be must be white. ## Deliverables For now we are just looking for the main index page. However if you think that you have a easy way for us to update new categories and or enter and delete offers using php and my sql we may consider paying for this instead of doing it ourselves. When bidding please incude if your bid icludes just the web design or if it includes the back end of adding new offers and categories. ## Platform This will be hosted at [login to view URL], if you need to know what they offer as far as platform look at the site, I can tell you that they use Red Hat servers.
