modify PHP script - SENIOR coder needed very experienced in editing other coder's code(repost)

Want a coder to modify this opensource script for me[ [login to view URL]][1] . IMPORTANT Please write: A) what experience you have with with editing other coder's code B) as well as what experience you have that is relevant to this bid and C) why you are the right coder for this project. The modifications needed are written in the next box below "Deliverables" PLEASE READ ADDITIONS BELOW - IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND SPECS ARE THERE ## Deliverables A) Ability to upload multiple website to the directory (10.000) or so in a text file with 1 url per line. B1) Program then spiders all the websites and make an output with the "title metatag" from all the websites index/main page ([[login to view URL]][2] => title tag "Rent A Coder: How Software Gets Done -- Home of the worlds' largest number of completed software projects". There must be 1 title tag per line =website title tag per line. B2) Program makes a separate output text file with 2 colums (tab separated) with all the words it has extracted from all the title tags and then it writes how many in 2nd column how many times that word appeared in the title tag. Example: for the word "dog" it may have appeared in the title tag of 237 sites. So it writes in the file: dog 237 C) I then tell program which categories I want and add "keywords" per category. Program then put the appropriate websites in a given category automatically based on if a match for the keyword in a category is found in the metatag title tag (see "B" above). Program maximum puts 25 websites per page so if there are more matches than 25 for a given category then program makes sub-sequent pages for that category automatically. D) Program makes an output text file with 1 data per pline with 2 informations (tab separated). Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
