.NET Server-Side Website Screen-Shot Utility

Develop an application in .NET 2.0 that does the following. Periodically checks a MSSQL 2000 database for a URL to have a screenshot taken of. Loads up Internet Explorer in full screen then captures a shot of the screen (only the client area of IE) and then saves the image to a .jpg file compressed for the web. Writes the result of the location back to the database and marks the request as complete in the database. Program the application to accpet a time delay in taking the screenshot from the time the page is loaded to deal with things like flash movies. Program the application to ensure the page is loaded before taking the screenshot. Program the application to accept varying options for file save quality (jpg compression amount). All source code to be in C# only for .NET 2.0 with proper english and well documented code. IE ActiveX control can be used for rendering of the site for screenshot. Only proposals specific to the bid request will be accepted or considered. All cut and paste generic bid request responses will be ignored. We do not want an email that says "We can do it". We want an email that describes how you will do it and your project plan. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
