PHP Help Needed Today(repost)

I need some help with some small PHP projects as soon as possible. I accepted a bid 12 hours ago from someone who said they really wanted to do the project, but I woke up this morning and for some reason they cancelled. So please don't bid on this if you don't want to work now. Attached is one of the fixes I need. The code in the PHP files is copied and pasted into a third party software. We're trying to change the design a little but we are having problems getting it to work right. The file named [login to view URL] is the one that works, the other file isn't working correctly. THere are two images showing what the files look like when pasted in the software. The white background is missing from the file we are trying to make live. Here are a couple more things... The blue mortgage box on <[login to view URL]> should work like the one on <[login to view URL]>. Right now something is missing that is making it look bad. On this page.... <[login to view URL]> In the Blue Mortgage box, under the "Estimate Payment..." section, we want to get rid of the decimal point and the numbers after it? Also, we would like a comma after 3 numbers. For example, the calculation says "$1539.00" but we would rather is say "$1,539". The calculation is dynamically created so I don't know how to make these changes. I think I have a couple other pages that need minor fixes as well. If you want to bid this hourly, feel free to.
