Project Manager (Customize or New)

[PLEASE READ ENTIRE BID-REQUEST BEFORE BIDDING] I’m looking for a very easy to use project manager that carries some unique properties, including responsibility association, deadline change request, security/department/login-based views and assignment, customized/pre-defined templates for projects that saves all related information including tasks/actions/responsibilities and other similar features that are intertwined with the main functions outlined below. Once a person is chosen, we will give you all the function's along with their details. We've already seen the freeware "dotProject" ([login to view URL]), and you may use that one as a starting place for this project - just keep in mind you will be redoing the user interface, adding functions, and most likely changing table structure. Below is a list of all the main functions that we will need... 1. Managing Projects 1.1a Add/Remove 1.1b View/Edit 1.2 Managing Tasks 1.2a Add/Remove 1.2b View/Edit 1.2c Sub-Tasks (actions) 2. Work Queue 2.1 View/Use 3. Templates (pre-defined) 3.1a Create 3.1b View 3.1c Usage 4. Responsibility Assignment 4.1 Create 5. Security 5.1 Access Levels 6. Reporting A few things that are high priority are: - Super easy (AJAX) user interface - PHP/MySQL Based - Maintaining Hierarchy (Boss, Manager, and Employee status with their corressponding departments) - Easy ability to add/modify code (since this is custom for our office, we will be needing future updates) - Table structure (we have one for you, but are open to suggestions) - We want users to be able to interact with each other easily by assigning tasks to employees, responding to tasks, sharing information, etc. We require ajax features for adding/managing projects such as a XMLHTTP Requests to instantly add/view data without having to refresh the page. Example of how someone should be able to add a project/tasks ([login to view URL]) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
