Advanced Property Locator Using Flash

We are looking to develop a property search that will be built in a Flash environment. Currently, if you go to <[login to view URL]> and click on the DC Ranch Community Map, you will see an interactive Flash map. If you click on an individual community, you can see the actual homes within that community indicated by a number. This project would be similar and it would start with a property search criteria. Once that criteria is entered, the user would be given several choices. Upon making their selection, the Flash program would put the user into a sub-division that meets the criteria selected for the search. Each house within the subdivision that meet the criteria will be highlighted in the Flash map and when the user rolls over that house, they will be able to see more information on that particular house or lot of land. The Flash program will need to be programmed to understand criteria for each lot on the Flash map and provide, ONLY the houses within a subdivision that match the criteria. There are currently 34 sub-divisions. The programmer will need to define how these houses would be defined within Flash and what graphics would need to be supplied to make this work. If we would need individual graphics for each home within a subdivision. Remember, a sub-division could have 100 home sites. If someone does a search, maybe 5 of those homes are highlighted in the subdivision map. The others, would not be highlighted. Therefore, you would need a way to map this and be able to manipulate this based on the search criteria. This project does not have an actual $$ amount associated to it and it is open to bids for those people who understand the requirements for this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, asp, Flash
