The task is to create a similar, simplified version of [login to view URL] for use with laser tag facilities/entertainment centers using flash and mySQL as the db (possibly PhP or similar language for the admin control). We wish to copy the concept of [login to view URL] NOT the copywritten code. Our product will have some different requirements. This tool will be used to create birthday and other party invitations only. To bid for this project, you must download and read the attached worklow document and artwork. I will only considered bids if you supply me with examples of your work in creating an interactive flash apps. Your design skills will count. If you aren't a great designer, but a great programmer, please team up with someone or ask for my assistance. I know some good designers to work on this project. Time is off the essence with this project. It needs to be delivered on time. Once the work is done and submitted, I will extend the final requirements while we install and test the application. As per the requirements, I won't authorize full payment until we have installed and have the entire program working on one of our test websites. I pay bonuses to coders who do a great job! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done as described in workflow document. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should work on all platforms capable of supporting Flash plug verson 6 or higher. Must be tested on Windows with IE6 and Flash 6 and 7.
