Community Club Website

Hello, We need a web designed for this community sports club. The website will need to have the following: 1. flash banner or start page (needs to be more than just scrolling text) 2. around 10 pages (maybe more not sure exactly) from home, about us, products or services, location or contact us, bookings, bistro, food menu, sponsors page etc etc.. (this is just an example so it needs to have something like this in it) 3. **(this is VERY important)** a USER FRIENDLY dynamic admin panel protected with a username & password so that an admin can login to the page modify the content of the page at any time including the change of pictures text adding or removing sponsors, club events, news etc.. 4. Picture gallery which can be modified using the admin panel as well so that pictures can be changed as often as they want 5. News or events section so it can be updated with whats happening at the club and on which date (scrolling text is fine but as long as it opens in a new page if some one wants to read more about that event) 6. Books page will be for enquires only so if they fill their details and once submitted it should send an email 7. Please note that this is a general idea of what the website will contain so there might a few things that I forgot to mention on here which I might mention as we go (if its something major then you will get a bonus for it if not then I expect it to be done with the same budget) 8. Bonus will be given to the coder that provides good customer service, communications & a good web design 9. Content & examples of websites will be provided to the coder 10. Please also note that the work needs to be very professional and unique so bidding is only open for people that have done this type of work before that are confidant in delivering the above mentioned points. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working website(s) in http form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition and the Website must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition on our server 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. We (the buyer) will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased (we might add our name at the bottom of the page to say that its been designed by us (the buyers). (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components names, tags, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4. After the project is complete we will test it and confirm that its complete, however we shall have up to 4 weeks to check and make sure that everything is working fine and if something is missing or not working after a week or so then it will be the sellers responsibility to fix it at no extra charge. ## Platform 1.
